PLEASE, HELP ME!

If you are from, or live in the UK, Ireland, the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa or any other country where English is spoken, I´d like you to help me to create a vocabulary list with the differences between the standard British English and the English you speak where you live. To do this, just email me a word you use in your country and its equivalent in British, American, Irish, Australian, New Zealand, South African ... English. Spelling and grammar differences are also welcomed!

Email your word at: dictionary@alfonsolopez.es

Info you should include in your email:

  • Your name
  • Your country
  • Your word
  • The equivalent to your word in the English spoken in other countries.

As a contributor, your name and country will be mentioned.

I can´t wait for your contributions!

Thank you!
