ST. DAVID´S DAY
March 1st is St David's Day, the national day of Wales. To celebrate this day most schools in Wales hold a school concert or eistedfodd with singing, music, poetry and dance. Women,
especially young girls, dress up in a Welsh national costume. Welsh people often wear a daffodil or leek, the
traditional symbols of Wales.
